1. The Mare Owner may choose one of the following 2 options (check one):

• ______ Viable Pregnancy Guarantee ($600 total) I agree to pay a non-refundable stud fee of $200.00 (includes booking fee). This fee is to be paid prior to breeding. The remaining balance of $400 will be due at 28 -35 day positive pregnancy check. Mare owner agrees to have her mare ultrasounded at 28-35 days after the last breeding date.
• ______Live Birth Guarantee ($800 total):  I agree to pay a non-refundable stud fee of $200.00 (includes booking fee). This fee is to be paid prior to breeding. The remaining balance of $600 will be due at 28 -35 day positive pregnancy check. Mare owner agrees to have her mare ultrasounded at 28-35 days after the last breeding date. To choose this option, the mare owner must have a plan for being present at the birth and being notified of the birth that is approved by the stallion owner. (i.e. breeder alert, foal buzzer, camera, equipage).

  2. The following only applies to the Live Birth Guarantee

• If the Stallion should die, or become unfit for service before the Mare produces a live foal, or has not had the opportunity for a rebreed the following year, the stud fee shall be refunded to me by the Stallion owner within a reasonable time of receipt of a veterinarian's certificate stating that the Mare did not produce a live foal.
• This contract is non-transferable. In the event that the Mare is sold or otherwise disposed of prior to the birth of the foal, the live foal guarantee will no longer be valid, unless specific written consent or assignment is given to me prior to transfer of ownership.
• This breeding guarantees a live foal. A live foal is described a s a newborn foal that stands and nurses. If the foal is born dead, or should the Mare miscarry, abort or prove barren, after leaving Breeder's premises, I have the privilege to return her for breeding during the following season. All rebreeds will not be charged a stud fee but are subject to the board fee.

• Unpaid board, veterinary expenses, and any other expenses shall be paid before the Mare leaves the farm. For short-term care, the owner agrees to pay a board fee of $4.00 per day without foal, or $7.50 per day with foal at the mare's side. Any veterinarian, farrier, foaling, extra feed or care requirement fees, etc., will be in addition and are due and must be paid before said Mare leaves Painted Sun Miniature Farm.    
• I represent and warrant that the Mare to be bred is halter broken, is in sound breeding condition, has a recent uterine culture, is healthy, and is free from infectious, contagious, or transmissible disease. A current negative Coggins must accompany the Mare upon arrival at Painted Sun Miniature Farm. I understand that for my own protection, the Mare should be current on worming and vaccinations before arriving at the farm. If not, the Breeder's veterinarian will examine and/or test the Mare at my expense. The Mare will be de-wormed with wormer of Breeder's choice upon arrival at farm at the Owner's expense. I AM Miniature Farm reserves the right to refuse Mare if not in proper condition.
• I agree that I AM Miniature Farm, ____________________________________________________________, and any person associated with  I AM Miniature Farm, is not liable for death, sickness, accident and/or other harm, including consequential damages caused to the Mare and/or foal; and that I am liable for death, sickness, accident, and/or other harm, including consequential damages caused to the Stallion, and/or property, or persons associated with  I AM Miniature Farm.
• Until all outstanding debts are paid, I will not receive a breeding certificate, with the deadline being the end of the current calendar year. I also understand that all associations involved will be notified of the situation.
• This is a binding contract of both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.
