In order for our Guarantee to be valid the following
conditions must be met.
This puppy is guaranteed to be free of any
contagious, life threatening diseases or illness for
3 days from the date of pickup and 6 months from D.O.B. for genetic problems.

Guaranteed Contract -Terms and
Conditions
1. The Seller will
provide, to the Buyer, an AKC Registration Application
for Certificate for the puppy. If the application has
not been received from the AKC Registry at the time of
sale, the Seller will provide the Buyer evidence that
the registration has been applied for, and upon receipt
from AKC, the Seller will forward the application to the
respective Buyer.
2. This Papillon is
free of any known health problems at time of sale
(unless buyer is told otherwise). He/she has had age
appropriate shots and worming. Health records will be
given with the Papillons. Follow your vet‘s
recommendation for remaining vaccinations. The breeder
is not responsible for any vet bills incurred by buyer
after buyer has taken possession of Papillon.
3.
There is no
guarantee concerning your puppy's temperament,
trainability, size, color or worthiness for the show
ring. We highly recommend that you attend puppy
obedience classes and learn puppy training techniques.
The temperament of your puppy will primarily be based
upon your availability to properly socialize and train.
4. The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian within three business days of the purchase
date. The Seller must be informed immediately of the
examination result by email. The failure of this will
result in the cancellation of the guarantee. If the
exam indicates that at the time of sale, the pup was
unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or
congenital disorder, the Buyer may return the pup for an
exchange of equivalent value. If you choose euthanasia,
without my prior consent, you will forfeit all
guarantees within this contract.
5. The Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses
for 72 hours. This includes Distemper, Parvo, and Corona.
It does NOT include Coccidia or Kennel Cough which are
common in pups that are shipped an usually caused by
bacteria. It also does NOT include hernias, heat
exhaustion, worms, hypoglycemia and other minor
illnesses.
6.) The Seller guarantees the puppy, until 6 months of
age, against fatal and life altering congenital and
genetic defects which adversely affects the health of
the puppy. This includes: Severe Hip Dysplasia (which
hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires
surgery to correct), Severe Luxating
Patellas, Kidney, Heart, Pancreas, Spine, and Liver
problems of a severe life threatening or altering
nature. This does NOT include skin allergies. If the dog
dies within this 6 months time frame, Buyer will have to
pay to have a necropsy done on the dog to ascertain the
cause of death. If the reason is genetic or congenital,
the Seller will replace the puppy. No Cash Refunds. It
may take up to 1 year for another puppy to be produced.
IN ORDER FOR THE 6 MONTH GUARANTEE TO BE
APPLICABLE, THE PUPPY HAS TO BE MICRO CHIPPED WITHIN 2
WEEKS OF PICK UP. PROPER DOCUMENTATION MUST BE MAILED TO
ME.
7.) The Seller must be notified of
the problem within two days of the licensed
veterinarian's findings and have two reports from two
different veterinarians stating the same problem and the
Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent
value. Buyer is responsible for the transportation cost
of the replacement puppy. In the event the guarantee is
exercised, the registration papers of the defected puppy
must be signed and returned to the Seller. Buyer
understands that replacement option is valid only when
problems stem from a verifiable hereditary problem, not
due to accident, or neglect.
8.) The Seller will NOT be
responsible for any veterinarian fees or costs. The
Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the
veterinarian and understands that he or she will be
responsible for all payments after the purchase date.
9.) The Buyer agrees to provide
annual vet exams, including heartworm checks and
preventatives, to finish the series of puppy
vaccinations and to get yearly boosters and keep
everything to ensure the health of the puppy up to date.
Failure to comply with and provide documentation of
these requirements voids all guarantees. The Buyer
further warrants that the puppy will be kept in
appropriate conditions and fed well for it's health and
welfare. The Papillon shall be given adequate care
including vet care and food, and shall in no manner be
mistreated, neglected, or allowed to roam freely. The
Papillon shall be housed indoors and shall have regular
exercise periods outdoors.
10.) If buyer cannot keep the said
Papillon, the buyer will contact the breeder if the
buyer needs helps in finding the Papillon a suitable
home. The Papillon cannot be turned over to breed
rescue, shelter, or dog pound. The breeder is ALWAYS
willing to take any of our puppies back.
The Seller agrees to take the puppy/dog back (at any age
and at no cost to you ) if the Buyer can no longer keep
the dog due to illness, moving or etc. Guarantee applies
only to original buyer of puppy. .
BUYER NEVER HAS THE RIGHT TO TURN PUP OVER TO PET SHOP,
DOG BROKER, HUMANE SOCIETY, POUND, OR RESCUE GROUP!
11.) Buyer agrees that the dog's
officially registered name will start with "I AM...". Buyer agrees to allow seller to use any pictures
and/or emails about theirs pup (found on the internet or sent to Seller),
for future reference material on Seller's website.
12.) Papillon Buyer has read the hypoglycemia
information, including prevention, symptoms, treatment,
& fully understands & accepts this information and these
conditions. Initial here that you have read the

13.) When buying over the internet you are
automatically agreeing to these terms stated in the
above agreement. Both the buyer and the seller are
agreeing whether or not the paper is signed.
14.) When contacting Seller over email, Seller
automatically has the right to use all emails and
pictures as references.
