Dockers and Ember Litter

DOB November 27, 2022

Puppies should be ready to go home around January 15,2023

We are accepting deposits to reserve a pup from this litter. The deposits are not refundable. (but they can be transferred to a new litter if a family emergency arises). We allow families to pick which pup is theirs in the order that I receive the deposits.  This picking process usually starts at about 4 to 5 weeks of age. Accepting deposits now.  These pups are ready to go home between  January 15 - January  22, 2023

Due to blood testing of our moms and dads and due to even testing their parents, we know that no puppy from this litter can be affected by EICCNM  or Degenerataive Myelenopathy. These are neurological diseases that are becoming very common in Labrador Retrievers. Click here to read about health concerns in Labradors.  Click here to meet the sire!  Dewclaws and vaccinations are taken care of up until their departure date. See the chart at the bottom of each nursery page.  Each pup is sent home, microchipped and with a health record. I do ask the pup's families to transfer the micro chip when picking up their pup.

Puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee as seen on this website

Dad :  Doc Holliday The Mom : I AM  A Burning Ember

Dockers is our big, very big, Chocolate boy! His body looks like he spends hours at the gym due to his pronounced musculature, but what he does best is laying around close by me! Click here to see the health certificates of Dockers, the sire.

Here is link to see more pictures of why we think Doc has such a great temperament!

Ember is  on her final litter. She has been such a wonderful dog for our family! Thus, when I started thinking about replacing Dockers as our main man, I retained an Ember puppy. His name is Pancho and he is here for you to meet. He is a full sibling to the current puppies. Ember loves my grandkids and is so gentle with them and everyone she meets!

Reserved and gets to live with a Docker's sibling!! Going to a family who adores their 2 year old Docker's girl and wants another one!

Ember Girl 7

This is the smallest pup in the litter, but she is a just a bit smaller. She would not fall into the "runt" classification. She weighed a little over 7lbs at 6 weeks of age. Friendly and outgoing, she is the pup who is under my feet when I am playing with the pups!

We also ask you to order your NuVet now so you also can keep your puppy healthy. This is a supplement that boosts the immune system. Click Here  to order NuVet Plus or call 800.474.7044 and use code #30125.  This supplement is necessary for your guarantee to be valid.

Puppies are weaned onto Purina pro plan brand of dogfood seen to the right.

These pups will have their  first shots on 1/8/23. They will need their booster shots  on  1/29/23 and on 2/19/23.  We just do three shots in a series, but some vets recommend 4. Please talk to your vet. Remember that your puppy's immune system is not strong until your puppy is 16 weeks old. Thus, I recommend washing shoes that enter your home and keeping your pup home or ONLY around healthy dogs until 16 weeks of age .  Do not take your pup to pet stores or dog parks, and be very careful at the vet's office about what they contact.

All of our puppies are sold on a Limited AKC Registration

The puppies are weaned onto Diamond Naturals puppy food found at Tractor Supply.
